Our partnerships team reviews every application individually. You can expect to hear back within 5 to 7 business days. If your application requires additional consideration, we will reach out to let you know. We believe in thoughtful partnerships, so we take the time to ensure alignment.
Commissions are a percentage of the net sale value (after any discount applied through your code). Your specific rate is agreed upon during onboarding. Earnings are calculated at the end of each calendar month and paid automatically via Stripe Connect within the first two weeks of the following month. You simply connect your Stripe account during onboarding, and all payouts are processed securely. All earnings are tracked in your partner dashboard in real time.
Absolutely. We encourage partners to have a code that reflects their personal brand. During onboarding, you can request a custom code (subject to availability), and we will set it up for you. Most partners use their name or handle for easy recognition by their audience.
Our Bronze tier begins at 1,000 followers, but follower count is only one factor in our evaluation. We prioritise engagement quality, content aesthetics, audience alignment, and genuine passion for the craft. A smaller, highly engaged audience often outperforms a larger, passive one.
Upon approval, you receive access to your personal partner dashboard where you can monitor clicks, conversions, sales, and accumulated earnings in real time. The dashboard also provides insights into your best-performing content and peak sales periods, helping you optimise your strategy.
Yes, and we encourage it. Your discount code works across all platforms, so whether you share it on Instagram stories, TikTok videos, YouTube reviews, Snapchat, or your personal blog, every sale is tracked and attributed to you. Cross-platform promotion often yields the strongest results.
We understand that building momentum takes time. There is no penalty for low initial sales. However, we do review partnerships periodically to ensure mutual benefit. If your code is inactive for an extended period, we may reach out to discuss how we can better support your efforts or adjust the partnership.
Yes. We do not require exclusivity for most partnership tiers. You are free to collaborate with other brands. We only ask that competing eyewear brands are not promoted in the same piece of content featuring By Layla Saleh products, to maintain clarity and integrity for your audience.
